ARGAM Advisory
- Please bring your QR together with any of the following ID (SAMULCO id, prc, sss, drivers license, postal, Barangay id, or gov’t issued id) upon claiming your allowance.
- Allowance will be given to METVs attending the ARGAM. For METVs attending online, allowance will be credited to their savings account. METVs should attend both March 9, 2024 online and March 24, 2024 blended (online/face-to-face).
- A fine of P150 will be imposed to METV who failed to attend the GA (BR # 02-2009) which will be automatically deducted from the ISC/PR.
- Failure to attend with a valid reason can be excused by writing an excuse letter through info.samulco@gmail.com or samulcoofficial@gmail.com.

The following items are prohibited, materials and containers of single-used plastics, such as:
- plastic straws and stirrers
- mineral water bottle
- plastic cutleries
- plastic/disposable gloves, balloons
- balloons, tetra packs, doypacks
- plastic sachets, candy, biscuit wrapper
- plastic cups and lids
- plastic sando bags and other plastics bags
- plastic food wrappers and containers.
- For drinking, only transparent water tumblers are allowed. Hydro flask/aquaflask and others that are not transparent are not allowed.
- Entrance to the venue is through Porras gate.
- Backpacks are not allowed inside the venue.
- Bringing children is not allowed.
- Voting will start from March 9, 2024
- NO PROXY IS ALLOWED.
